BIA Group is a fast-growing company USA Trucking Company, located in Mt Prospect IL, with offices in Belgrade and Cacak. We are looking for a dispatcher who will join our Belgrade and Cacak team.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Providing logistical coordination to all cargo motor vehicles engaged in the territory of the United States;
- Negotiation for the purpose of contracting transport services and the price of the same;
- Finding new business clients, either through direct engagement or mediation;
- Fulfilling special client requirements;
- Entering data on contracted tours into the internal software;
- Issuance of confirmation to clients on the arrival of the shipment;
- Collection and processing of the signed delivery note after unloading;
- Communication with drivers and other employees;
- Performing other tasks related to the position of dispatcher, as well as other related and similar tasks of more or less complexity by order of the director.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in the USA trucking industry
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Problem - solving aptitude
- Good communicational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Team player
