For our client Eos Group we are seeking for motivated and proactive candidates being responsible for the following position based in Kragujevac
Position:
Dispatcher

- Working time: Monday to Friday – second shift, from 3 p.m.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completing Setup with EOS Customers
- Providing updates to the brokers
- Booking loads
- Dispatching drivers
- Tracking loads
- Resolving problems as they come up
- Full customer support
- Completing and entering loads in the system
- Monitoring drivers and making sure they have all info
- GPS Tracking company assets
- Performs other tasks on the orders of the immediate superior
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one year of experience in the USA trucking industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Problem - solving aptitude
- Flexibility
- Responsibility
- High-level focus on customer service
- Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
- Good team player
