For our client Eos Group we are seeking for motivated and proactive candidates being responsible for the following position based in Kragujevac

 Dispatcher at night shift

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Good and on time communication with the brokers
• Assisting in directioning the trucks
• Resolving problems and update
• Offers support/directions to drivers whenever necessary
• Ensuring that no loads are showing late, and if they are late, notifying the appropriate department or person as per company procedure
• Make daily check calls on every driver on my board, and assist other driver managers/dispatchers in making their check calls
• Finding loads for the late ready trucks if needed
• Offers support/directions to drivers whenever necessary

    

  REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in trucking industry is preffered
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Computer skills - operating basic trucking program
• Problem - solving aptitude
• Flexibility
• Responsibility
• High-level focus on customer service
• Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
• Good team player
